Distilling / Whishey 101 $49
An Introduction to Everything Bourbon This hands on in-Person class will take your bourbon knowledge to the next level. Sixty (60) minutes of nothing but bourbon. Class includes a coupon for 15% off the Certified Bourbon Steward Class.
Certified Bourbon Steward $175
Wine has Sommeliers. Beer has Cicerones. And now, bourbon has Stewards. You know your Tennessee whiskey from bourbon, and you can categorize your bourbons by mash bill. But do you know enough to be certified in bourbon? Now you can find out. The Stave & Thief Society offers the world’s only industry-recognized bourbon certification program. Upon successful completion and passage of the on-line exam you will be certified and receive Lifetime Membership in the Stave & Thief Society, a lapel pin that visibly designates you as a Bourbon Steward. 4.5 Hrs of in depth Bourbon

Whiskey Blending Lab $225
Nerd out with our distillers and become a master blender for a few magical hours. Our distillers are experts in nosing, flavor categorization and pairing substrates together to create a whole that far exceeds the expected sum of its parts. Guests will be taught to break down aggregate flavors while building a whiskey blend complete with mouth feel and finish. You will hand bottle your creation and complete the experience with a customized label.
